It was cool and everything, but as the little boy next to us said "Was that it?" It was no cooler than any other geyser we saw - our guide Zack was pretty fond of the duck, and was happy to pose in a picture with him
- this pool may look relaxing and inviting, but it's about 180 degrees in there.
- these pools are very very deep.
- these trees are called "bobby socks" for the layers of mineral that have formed over their trunks
- those are real bear prints. I guess bears don't care if the concrete's just been poured.
